Dandy is still not feeling good. now she just sits at the bottom and breathes heavily, and the red spots are returning to her belly. idk if the red is directly from whatever is ailing her, or because of her bottom-sitting. There's a few bumps in her lateral line too. good antibiotics have helped only temporarily. theyre getting gel food with antibiotics rn but im not hopeful about it.
dunno what to do anymore. the tank is cycled and i do a weekly 50% water change to keep nitrate under 40 (usually under 20 lately though), and they get 1tbsp of salt per 5gal (feels like a lot, but if i did math right, thats still less than what the vet said). theres a big HOB filter, an airstone, a sponge filter, and a few val plants. kept at about 72°F rn.
